As we face the COVID-19 outbreak in the UK, the health and safety of our employees is our highest priority. As the nation depends on our networks and services now more than ever, we're focused on making sure we have the recommendations in place for social distancing as well as extra hygiene measures so that our centres continue to be a safe place to work. 

This means we've decided to pause our contact centre recruitment for a short period whilst we focus on keeping our employees safe. We'll restart our recruitment as soon as we're able to.
